Pedestrian killed on Glenn Highway
ANCHORAGE — Police were looking into a report of a man in dark clothing walking on the Glenn Highway when he was hit and killed. Anchorage police say the man was walking in the center lane of the highway early Sunday when he was struck. He was declared dead at a hospital.

Shell Simmons Roadway reopens
JUNEAU — The Shell Simmons roadway near the Juneau International Airport reopened today, airport officials announced. Traffic patterns will return to normal and passenger loading and unloading will occur in front of the terminal main entrance, according to a statement released.
